At Luminaire, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for delivery times, costs, and specific considerations for lighting products.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Ireland
• United Kingdom
• European Union countries

For shipping outside these areas, please contact us at sales@luminaire.ie.

Order Processing Times

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days
• Made-to-order or bespoke items: May take 2–6 weeks depending on the product
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service type.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ireland: 1–3 business days
• UK: 3–5 business days
• EU: 5–7 business days

Note: These are estimated times and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

Large or Fragile Items

Some lighting products may require special packaging or handling. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be communicated during checkout or prior to dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Luminaire is not liable for any additional charges or delays at customs.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following:

• Damaged delivery: Take photos and contact sales@luminaire.ie immediately
• Lost parcel: We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue
• Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors or building management first, then contact us

Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if they include both stocked and custom items. We will inform you if your order will arrive in separate shipments.
