ISP Wall

Brass wall lamp and polycarbonate diffuser. ISP Wall can be positioned horizontally or vertically at the head of the bed, in a hallway, an alcove... Created by the young inventor Ilia Potemine, the ISP lamp is a 21st-century flint: no switch, no dimmer, no bulb. This contemporary object is a jewel of mechanics and light that illuminates a mysterious universe.
Ilia Sergueïevitch Potemine is Russian. Better still, he’s Italian-Russian : the original double agent. You may think he’s a designer. In reality he’s an airline pilot. The sky is his playground, the sun a revolutionary star and he has only dropped in on this earth for the time it takes for a quick layover. His ISP lamp is rooted in the same manifesto and defies classification. Another lamp. Yes, but this one is unlike anything known. Evoking both a Nautilus, a HAL, an ark of light, the ISP lamp is already a mythology, a fiat-lux purposely stripped of the orthodox lampsque corpus. The last modern adventure has just started ...
